WOMEN HAVE A CHOICE IN BREAST CANCER TREATMENT
Study published in major scientific journal garners widespread coverage
Kelly Hunt, M.D., a professor in the Department of Surgical Oncology at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, published a study in the March issue of the journal CANCER that identified certain risk factors indicating that women with breast cancer in one breast were more likely to get a second cancer in the opposite breast.
